The chapel of Santa Luzia is located in an isolated spot near the village of Cela and is a small chapel of simple architecture, providing testimony to the faith of the people of Barroso. This is a place for worship and also contemplation, not least for the view that it provides over the valley of the River Cávado and surrounding mountain ranges.
