On this hillside of the Gerês valley there is no shortage of viewpoints from which to really appreciate the landscape. From Junceda viewpoint, at an altitude of 915 meters, we can see clearly the Gerês fault-line valley and the sculptured granite of the Gerês mountain range, the village below and the surrounding landscape.
